If your kegel muscles aren't their strongest you might be missing out on reaching your full pleasure potential! And the easiest way to strengthen them is with Eve's Kegel Training Set. This cute kegel training set makes working out your pelvic floor muscles so easy so stimulating and so much fun.

Included are two kegel trainers. If you're new to training you may want to start with the single ball trainer. Add a few drops of your favorite lubricant to get its already super-smooth silicone surface even slicker and gently insert into your vagina. Once it's inserted use your inner muscles to give it a gentle squeeze. Those are your kegels at work.

Beginners can stay seated and indulge in a stimulating squeeze and release workout. You can also wear your kegel ball while moving around the house or while stimulating yourself in other ways. Holding onto the ball's weight strengthens your kegels – and it feels so good you may find yourself working out often.

Ready for more? When you're getting the hang of it you can trade up to the duo ball trainer. Dual balls double the workout for twice the intensity and pleasure. Invite along a playmate and let them slide the balls in and out with the easy ringed retrieval cord. You can keep the party in the bedroom or even take these waterproof sex toys with you into the tub or shower.

To clean pop the balls out of the silicone cradles and clean each with mild soap and water or toy cleaner. Dry and store separately from other sex toys until your next kegel adventure.
